Oh How Fun a Gun Can Be!

Not your "traditional" gun anyhow...

Well a lot of you know I like to go shooting but this time it was MUCH different. I had never used one of those fun scanning guns in stores before and today was my day! YAY!

Ryan and I went to Target today and started our Baby Registry. It was great... so much more fun than doing it online, which is what I had done about a week ago.

I didnt think Ryan would enjoy it at all but was surprisingly into it... especially when he got to use the gun. I handed him the gun and off he went... just FYI if there are random things on the registry like a can opener or XXXXL pair of undies... it was Ryan not me. haha.

So for those of you who are interested Ryan & I are Registered at both Target & Babies R Us. (Web Links provided)

You can browse our Registry online or in the stores but make sure you type our last name in right (W O L S E Y) I have had a couple people say they couldnt find it.

**Baby Update** 26 weeks and doing great!

Fetal development in pregnancy week 26:fetus in sixth month At long last, your little swimmer can see the womb! Your miracle’s little eyelids have finally separated (they were fused closed previously) and they’re probably having their first moments of sight as you read this (or maybe it already happened while you were brushing your teeth or watching Oprah or something). In addition to seeing their little studio in your belly, they’ve recently acquired the ability to say “yes” and “no” in rudimentary sign language as they can now move their head back and forth. This is also the time where your little super star’s head hair is starting to grow! A cute little cowlick or two may be springing into position right now, getting ready for years of cute-but-stubborn bed-head. Also, their toenails have grown in and you little raisin continues to slowly pile up fat beneath their still-loose skin. Most importantly, brain tissue and neurons are all developing at a rapid pace, increasing their (genius-level?) brain activity and will continue to function at accelerated levels for the first seven to eight years of childhood!

Yay! Carl really got into the "gunning" as well... men are so funny! I am sending you a package with some cute stuff in it tomorrow and I can't wait to get on your registry!

It's funny how guys enjoy registering. Joe loved it too. Joe loves to shop though so I should have known. Oh a tip I remember from registering... after the baby is here Target sends out a 10%? coupon off anything else on your registry. So be sure to add everything you want or may need in the future that you wouldn't mind buying now. We ended up adding a diaper pail and a high chair right before we bought them. Just so we could get the extra percentage off.
